Epilobium glaberrimum Barbey
Habit: Perennial herb, clumped, generally ascending, +- glabrous, glaucous; stolons short, scaly. Leaf: +- sessile, narrowly lanceolate to narrowly ovate, clasping. Flower: hypanthium 0.7--2.3 mm; petals generally pink to rose-purple (white); stigma broadly club-like. Fruit: occasionally sparsely hairy. Seed: papillate. Chromosomes: 2n=36.
