Collomia tracyi H. Mason
Habit: Annual. Stem: 2--8 cm, erect, branches generally several, subequal, spreading to ascending; internodes long-translucent-glandular-hairy. Leaf: lower cauline linear to lanceolate, entire, glandular. Inflorescence: generally axillary clusters; flowers generally 2--3. Flower: calyx 6--8 mm; corolla 12--22 mm, generally white to lavender; filaments attached at > 1 level, some > 1 mm, upper anthers generally in throat, less often exserted; stigmas included, below anthers, or exserted; pollen blue. Seed: 1 per chamber.
Ecology: Rocky, gravelly, or sandy areas; Elevation: 30--2100 m. Bioregional Distribution: KR, n NCoRH. Flowering Time: Jun--Sep Note: Similar to but not intergrading with Collomia tinctoria.
