Ecology: Uncommon. Mixed-conifer woodland, on Pseudotsuga menziesii, rarely on associated Abies; Elevation: 1500--2000 m. Bioregional Distribution: KR, CaRH; Distribution Outside California: to British Columbia, Colorado. Flowering Time: May--Jun
