Allium peninsulare Greene
Habit: Bulb 8--15 mm, ovoid to +- spheric; outer coat cells transversely elongate, in herringbone pattern. Stem: 12--45 cm. Leaf: 2--3, 0.7--1.5 × stem, channeled to +- cylindric. Inflorescence: flowers generally 5--35; pedicels 0.8--4 cm. Flower: 8--15 mm; perianth parts erect, lanceolate to elliptic, red-purple, entire to inner dentate, tips +- spreading; ovary crests 3, minute, 2-lobed, central.
