6_9 Marin Co Sept. 15, 1900 Box Elder- tree just across head of Tomales Bay, from Point Reyes Station. No. 1163. Eryngium armatum C.and R. Common on the G Ranch. Stems erect or decumbent. G. Ranch. No. 1164. Hypochaeris Abundant in the pastures on the G Ranch. Expanded hear in antithesis 1 in. broad. G Ranch. No. 1165. Lilaeopsis lineata Greene. Eryngium-like Umbellifer. (L. occidentalis C.and R.) Stems, both the horizontal rootstock-like ones and the short erect peduncle like ones (all subterranean) very fistulous. |
