-No. 11,027. Cyclamen aleppicum
One of the glories of Palestine. Cor. pinkish white with a purple base to the petals. It is common in rocky places from Carmel to Jerus- alem. It was in flower at the end of January when we were at Mt. Carmel.

-No. 11,028. Aristolochia mau- rorum L. var. latifolia Birss. This genus in the young wheat on the hillslopes and is rather inconspicuous on the ground. THe leaves are conspicuously 2-ranked! The corolla is very [ducky].

No. 11,029. Hoperula arvensis L. Corolla narrow-funnelform, deep blue. Stony hillslope.

-No. 11,030. Ornithogalum imbriatum var ciliatum. Perianth segments white inside, green outside with white

margins. Filaments dilated.

-11,031. Bryonia multiflora [Birss] et [?].
This member of the Cucurbitaceae grew on a stony slope in a wheat field. Achenes at this stage are green, yellow and red, in one head; semi-immature.

-No. 11,032 Lagoseris sancto L. Stony hillslope. Cichoriad.

-No 11,033 Clypeola echinata DC. (Clypeola)

Strange crucifer. Fls. yellow.

-No. 11,034. Orchis anatolica Boiss. Cor. and sepals pink. Seems near O. saccala except for "spur half as lone as ovary" = Past. Hill top at Ramallah.

-No. 11,035. Bellevalia flexnosa Boiss. Pods triangular. Perianth white. Stony hillslope.

-No. 11,036. Thlaspi perfoliata L. Crucifer, good soil.
