Pentstemon antirrhinoides Bth. 4 to 8 ft. h. with woody trunks up to 4 or 5 ft. h. or more, Up to 1 inch in diam. with shreddy bark, Cor. yellow; upper lip broad, strongly arched, notched, the two pairs of stamens arched under it. Lower lip with the 3 lobes spreading and about equal. Sterile stamen densely pilose-woolly on upper side toward apex. Style glabrous. Pala Mission.
