-Excursion of Cal. Bot. Soc. this day to Bay Farm Isl'd. Several of us were discussing Chamaebatia foliolosa. One woman member complaind of its stickiness, ruining dresses on walking thro' it. Mrs. Cunningham, I think it was, said that in the central Sierras, (?about Summit), it is called Mountain Misery.
