- Corispermum hyssopifolium We have spms. from Ore., Wash., Ariz. but no Californian.
- Atriplex truncata, no Calif. spm in hb. Coll. at Reno, Nevada, by myself in 1896. It is very close to A. expansa, esp. in aspect.
- Kochia, seems as if it ought to stand nearer Chenopodium in the sequence.
- Sarcobatus vermiculatus, near Alturas, Modoc Co. acc. B.C. Goldsmith.
- Teloxys cornuta, not rep. in hb. nor the genus. Prob. not in Cal.
- Atriplex pusilla, no Cal. material in hb, (Oreg. & Camp Holleck, Nev.).
- A. truncata, no. Cal. mat. in hb. Reno, Jepson, 1896 = nearest.
- Chenopodium rubrum, Nigger Slough & Ballona acc. Braunton.
- Kochia californica, styles 2 or 3! (apropos of Watson, Bot.

- Chenopodium fremontii_ and leptophyllum. None in U.C. hb from Cal., nor anywhere near the line. Latter not mentioned in Death Valley Rep. [?], a region where it would be expected.
- Chenopodium capitatum. No spms. from Cal. in hb. Piper. Fl. Wash. p. 243 says "California". in giving range. Sisson!! Jepson, 1894!!
- Chenopodium vulvaria and glaucum = Calif. acc. Greene. Fl. Fr. 165.
- C. californicum, no record from Sierra foothills except far south. See Cor. [?] Bot. Death Valley.
