No. 4429h. Penstemon geniculatus Greene.
Matting ground. Cor. [Corolla] rather small; lobes subequal, spreading. Cor. [Corolla] glabrous inside. Sterile stamen glabrous. Vogelsang Pass.

No. 4429i. Potentilla breweri Wats.
Stamens 16, 19, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20
Petals yellow, emarginate, broadly obovate. Probably the first two counts of stamens are incorrect due to fallen anthers. Leaves silvery, palmatifid. Vogelsang Pass. 9800 ft.

Stamens 5. Leaves "santolinoides"-like but green. Petals yellow, obovate with short abrupt claw, obtuse. Stamens[,] petals on margin of a glandular yellowish open or flattish disk. Vogelsang Pass. This is the var. megalopetala Jepson.

Leaves 3-foliolate, crenately incised. Stamens 19, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20
