May 10, 1906. - The Buckeye trees are now in full bloom and making a fine show along the Ufer The Germans deary love uniforms. Even the milkboys have uniforms, and of course all government or municipal officers of whatever rank. It is almost amusing to see a subordinate, wheel, and come to "attention" and salute, when an officer passes.
