HabitatDeep narrow drainage below coarse granitic outcrops, soft pumice soil. Populus tremuloides woodland immediately around stream, with grazed Artemisia tridentata scrub above. With Sphenosciadium capitellatum, Achillea millefolium, Aquilegia formosa, Trifolium longipes, Smilacina stellata, Carex, Juncus, Salix.
