Alameda Co.: Claremont Canyon Regional Reserve in East Bay Hills SE of UC-Berkeley, ridge on N side of Claremont Ave., rocky shoulder along fire road through chaparral/scrub, no evidence of past habitation. Local, flowers royal blue with pink center. Barbara Ertter 19023, 20 May 2007." [The conditions appear wild enough for inclusion as a naturalized plant. Although it is less clear that the requirement that the plants are reproducing in some way is met, the plants are indicated to be flowering, and there evidently is more than one plant present, which would probably be explained better by reproduction of some kind rather than by multiple dispersal events.] | |||||
