Bentham & J.D. Hooker (Hook. f. in Authors of Plant Names), Genera Plantarum 3:6 (1880), wherein the name Senkenbergia coulteri was ascribed to "Hook. f."; and that Art. 46.2 of ICBN 2000 [which states, "...authorship of a new name or combination must always be accepted as ascribed, even when it differs from authorship of the publication, when at least one author is common to both."] requires the acceptance of the author as ascribed [Hook. f.].
