Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge located ca. 7 mi S of Willows, in the NW portion of Tract G (S of Normans Rd. between N. Fork of Logan Creek and E boundary of refuge).
Snoow Basin located southwest of Alder Springs Rd (FH7), ca. 1 mile (air) west of Plaskett Guard Station, between Elk Creek and Covelo. Locally abundant on wet gravel along Snow Basin Creek, in a large, meadowy opening in forest.
